Design, fabricate, deliver, and commission a turnkey 5m x 5m Laboratory Wind Wall System for NRC’s drone flight testing lab at Mirabel. The system must create controlled, repeatable wind and turbulence for free-flight testing of mid-size unmanned aircraft, with strong safety, CSA/code compliance, cold-weather operability, data logging, and room for a future 7m x 7m expansion. Work also includes foundation/structural installation, controls, documentation, training, and warranty support.
