The tender requires the development of a virtual, cloud-based platform to promote Francophone immigration outside Quebec. This platform will serve as a centralized entry point for all promotional activities related to Francophone immigration, ensuring consistency and facilitating reporting and evaluation of these initiatives, in alignment with the new Official Languages Act and the Government of Canada's Policy on Francophone Immigration.
