Develop and deliver a laboratory-based flatsat platform for DND/CAF cybersecurity experimentation on satellite systems. The work requires integrating realistic satellite subsystems, at least two payloads including wired-access communications, TT&C, modular reconfigurable software, and secure admin/update functions. The platform must support hands-on cyber testing, competition/training scenarios, and hardening research for hybrid space networks. This is a prototype R&D contract for innovative solutions that improve satellite cyber resilience and enable safe experimentation on representative hardware.
