The Department of National Defence requires specific quantities of screws from designated suppliers to be delivered to CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. Bids must be based on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Bidders offering equivalent or substitute products must specify the brand name, model, part number, and NCAGE. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers, and documents can be submitted in either official language of Canada.
