Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) seeks a contractor to conduct 9 case studies for the Evaluation of the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP). The studies will focus on third-party delivery partners and employers involved in the program to assess performance, benefits, and challenges. The contractor must be able to conduct the studies in both French and English. The contract period is from issuance to March 20, 2026. Security clearance is not required to bid. The selected SA holders are invited to submit proposals.
