The tender requires a rotary wing aircraft (helicopter) with specific equipment to transport hydrometric technologists and their gear to remote water survey sites in British Columbia. The aircraft must have GPS, ELT, satellite tracking, phone, first aid/survival kit, and accommodate heavy and irregularly shaped equipment. Pilots must be prepared for 1-3 hour site visits in varying weather conditions. The contractor's base must have a heated indoor washroom.
