The Department of National Defence (DND) seeks two Senior Employee Relation Consultants to conduct a workplace assessment in Suffield, AB, due to increased conflict post a previous investigation. The assessment is required under the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations to identify risk factors. The consultants will handle and conduct the assessment, addressing the conflict between management and employees to prevent health and safety breaches, following jointly agreed Terms of Reference.
