Parks Canada is seeking a contractor to rehabilitate the WWII Hut washrooms at Fort Rodd Hill National Historic Site. The project involves renovating the interior and exterior of the building to create modern inclusive washrooms, including new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, interior walls, floors, fixtures, and finishes. The contractor will also work on restoring heritage windows and doors, regrading, exterior utilities, and repairing wood lap siding. The estimated project value is between $500,001 and $1,000,000, excluding taxes, with a completion deadline of March 31, 2026.
