The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires technology and translation services for virtual meetings with external participants in the bilingual Gulf region. The contractor must provide audio-visual support, a ZOOM license for 50 participants, simultaneous translation from English to French and vice versa, and two telephone conference lines. The contractor must offer simultaneous translation services during the meetings, with translators proficient in both English and French. The work will be conducted virtually, with a technical support person available for any issues.
