The Canadian Coast Guard seeks to replace the LL131 Cameron Island Rear Range Tower on the St. Lawrence River in Cornwall, ON. The scope includes installing a new concrete foundation, a 55’ steel tower, Cougar Safety Rail, and a new day-mark. The contractor must remove existing structures and ensure all work is done by November 1, 2025. Access to the site is only possible via a suitable floating plan due to its offshore location. Fabrication of the tower, day marks, and electrical systems are excluded from this contract.
