Correctional Service Canada requires multi-language interpretation services for various interactions involving offenders, staff, and contractors in the Ontario Region. The contractor must provide at least seven interpreters who are members of CLIA and ISO-certified. Interpretation services are needed for CSC and PBC meetings, medical assessments, and more, both in-person and virtually. Interpreters must be certified by ATIO or an equivalent provincial body under CTTIC to ensure quality interpretation services.
