Provide Indigenous community reintegration support services for CSC in Ontario outside the NCR. The contractor will help build Section 84 release plans, map community resources, educate communities on Indigenous corrections programs, and submit monthly reports on contacts and support options such as housing, counselling, employment, and Elder services.
