The Federal Government of Canada seeks a contractor to conduct annual inspections of approximately 600 combination fire/smoke dampers at the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon. Over a four-year period, the contractor will assess one-quarter of the dampers each June, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. This work is critical for maintaining safety standards and preventing fire hazards within the facility. Note that electrical components are excluded from this scope of work.
