The IRB is seeking qualified contractors to provide Designated Representative services for vulnerable people in immigration and refugee proceedings. Work includes representing individuals who cannot represent themselves, protecting their interests, and navigating hearings with sound judgment, cultural sensitivity, and knowledge of immigration/refugee processes. Opportunities are available across Eastern, Central, and Western Canada, with up to 100 contracts. Strong backgrounds in social work, immigration law, or advocacy are advantageous.
