Correctional Service Canada requires multi-language interpretation services for offenders during Parole Board hearings, medical assessments, and meetings with staff. The objective is to ensure availability of at least seven interpreters for consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, in-person, via teleconference, and virtually in the Ontario Region.
