The Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) is seeking Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) for Forensic Audit services to develop a Fraud Risk Management Framework (FRMF) and tools. The contract will be for one year with potential for three one-year extensions. The evaluation process will consider technical merit (80%) and price (20%), with security requirements including Reliability Status/Secret clearance. The contract may be extended for up to three additional one-year periods.
