Department of National Defence - 2025 Air Transportation Source Lists

The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking industry applications to renew their 2022 Transportation Source Lists for Air Passenger Full Charter (domestic and international) and Air Cargo Full Charter (domestic and international). The renewed lists will be valid for three years starting February 19, 2025. Applicants must submit separate applications for each Source List by February 14, 2025, to be reviewed for immediate inclusion. Requirements include financial capacity, quick response times, dedicated aircraft, security and safety considerations, and adherence to specific trade agreements. Breach of contract may lead to removal from the Source List.
