Kitimat River Hatchery – Transformer Electrical Upgrade

DFO needs a contractor to upgrade electrical service at the Kitimat River Hatchery in Prince Rupert, BC. Work includes hydrovac excavation for a new low-voltage service trench, asphalt cutting and reinstatement, installation and connection of new BC Hydro secondary service conductors, and coordination of the shutdown/switchover from the existing primary service. The hatchery must stay operational throughout, so careful staging and utility coordination are critical.
