Global Affairs Canada requires a contractor for the implementation and administration of the Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development-2 (SEED-2) Project. The project aims to enhance participation of Indo-Pacific students, particularly women, in Canadian post-secondary education, strengthen ties between Indo-Pacific and Canadian institutions, and diversify connections between Canadians and Indo-Pacific communities. The contractor will manage project execution and scholarship fund disbursement according to specified results and deliverables.
