The Department of National Defence requires 100 rupture disks (pressure relief) from Mueller Refrigeration Products, with 50 units to be delivered to CFB Halifax and 50 to CFB Esquimalt. Bidders can propose equivalent or substitute products, specifying brand name and model. There is a preference for Canadian goods and services, and the Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers.
