FNIGC is looking for expert support to advance OCAP® standards and certification pathways for First Nations data governance. The work involves engaging partners, convening communities of practice, developing sector-specific standards and wise practices for GLAM and environmental data, and producing workshop agreements, implementation tools, and a final report. This helps strengthen Indigenous data sovereignty and practical standards for ethical data stewardship.
