The tender aims to establish a supply arrangement for the National Research Council (NRC) to access qualified application and database architecture resources on an as-needed basis. Consultants will work on projects involving custom application development, portal creation, API design, and data exchange between applications or databases. Additionally, they will assist in configuring and deploying on-premise or cloud databases like SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and Oracle for various Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) and Research and Development (R&D) projects.
