Correctional Service Canada needs culturally grounded Indigenous programs and reintegration support in Iqaluit. The contractor will provide community outreach, release-planning support, counselling, healing, life-skills programming, and resource coordination for Inuit offenders and families. The work is intended to strengthen community reintegration, support Section 84 release planning, and improve access to Inuit-specific wellness services.
