The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) seeks a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for secure records storage and destruction services up to protected B level. The service includes storage, transportation, inventory tracking, and destruction of records (paper, media, etc.) in various regions. The Offeror must provide climate-controlled storage, inventory tracking accessible to CBSA, and secure certified destruction services. Transportation services between the Offeror’s facility and multiple CBSA facilities are required. The Offeror must ensure accessibility and eligibility for refile of containers/records upon request.
