PSPC is seeking input from Inuit firms and other suppliers for a 5-year lease of one residential unit in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, starting around Oct. 1, 2026. The unit should ideally have 2 bedrooms, plus kitchen, living/dining space, full bathroom, in-suite laundry, storage, and energized parking. The property must meet federal housing, safety, electrical, and building code standards and be suitable for government occupancy.
