Correctional Service Canada seeks business consulting/change management support to analyze its workers’ compensation claims, costs, governance, and operational practices. The contractor will benchmark CSC against comparable public-sector employers, assess cross-jurisdiction WCB policies, and recommend prevention, case management, resourcing, and psychological injury management improvements. The goal is to reduce WCB costs, improve compliance, and support employee health and recovery. One 1-year, 100-day-effort contract is anticipated in the NCR.
