The Department of National Defence requires 1500 units of Breathing Apparatus with Oxygen Generating capabilities from AVOX SYSTEMS INC for delivery to CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. Bidders offering equivalent products must specify brand, model, and NCAGE. Canadian-based bidders must include pricing in Canadian dollars with customs duties and taxes, while foreign-based bidders must provide pricing excluding Canadian taxes. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers, and documents can be submitted in either official language of Canada.
