The National Research Council Canada requires the supply of a KARL SUSS / MICROTEC MA 6 Mask aligner, 4"-6", with Top Side Alignment (TSA) and Back Side Alignment (BSA) capabilities from 2001 vintage. The tool is needed for the CPFC photonics manufacturing Process to produce photonic components. The MA 6 must have bottom side alignment capabilities and an AL 300 Alignment system with two video microscopes for lithography work center operations.
