The Correctional Service of Canada requires an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide counseling and well-being services for its employees nationwide. The EAP services must be confidential, voluntary, short-term, and solution-focused, including referrals when necessary. The contract duration is three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The tender is open to Canadian suppliers only, with the selection based on the lowest price per point. Security requirements are included, and suppliers can request debriefing post-award.
