The Department of National Defence requires 90 units of LINING, FRICTION for CFB Halifax and 100 units for CFB Esquimalt. Bids must be on a DDP Basis, with a preference for Canadian goods/services. Bidders offering Equivalent or Substitute Products must specify details. The Crown may negotiate with suppliers. Documents can be in English or French.
