The Department of National Defence requires the procurement of buoyancy aid jackets and liners from specific suppliers for delivery to CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. Bidders proposing equivalent products must specify brand names, models, part numbers, and NCAGE codes. Bids will be evaluated based on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis in Canadian dollars only. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers, and documents can be submitted in either official language of Canada.
