The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is seeking an electronic tongue system to aid research in plant protein and ingredient characterization at the ACRD research center in Saskatoon. The system should support various projects with different users and facilitate government, academic, and industrial research activities. Bidders must provide fixed unit prices in Canadian currency, excluding customs duties, with applicable taxes extra. Compliance with all mandatory criteria is necessary for evaluation. Inquiries must be in writing and received at least seven days before the bid closing date.
