The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking bids for the supply of one new skid steer. The contract will be awarded to the lowest valid bid. Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit. The basis of selection is the lowest price. The NRC follows the Integrity Regime and Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier.
