Conduct an independent, evidence-based review of Veterans Affairs Canada’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program delivery model. The contractor must assess whether the current outsourced rehabilitation service model is meeting goals for veteran independence, health, functioning, and return-to-work outcomes, and recommend improvements. This is a consulting/research engagement with sensitive information and potential conflict-of-interest restrictions.
