The National Research Council Canada (NRC-OCRE) requires a contractor to supply non-asbestos brake pads for the Clearwater Towing Tank. All deliverables must be completed by March 09, 2026. Only Canadian suppliers and those from applicable trading partners are eligible to submit offers, which will be evaluated based on the lowest price.
