Transport Canada requires professional services for designing and implementing modern data management, data science, digital project management, and user-centered design approaches. The tender is open to qualified TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under specific categories and levels. The contract will last from award to four years, with no incumbent in the past 24 months. A minimum corporate security level of DOS and resource security of Reliability Level is required.
