CRTC needs a secure VoIP telephony service provider to support its TTY, fax-to-email, and direct inward dialing numbers. The winning vendor must deliver fully operational service by August 5, 2026, replacing the current contractor without interruption. This is a 12-month contract with four possible one-year renewals. Bidders must hold PSPC security clearance at Protected B and have personnel with reliability status.
