The Department of National Defence requires the procurement of 8 Naval Remotely Operated Vehicle (NROV) Systems, 2 years of spare parts, training, and delivery of manuals and maintenance instructions, all in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirements (TSOR). All items are to be delivered to CFB Halifax.
