Off-Site shredding services and disposal

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Canada (OCEO) requires a Contractor to provide secure shredding and disposal services for documentation generated during Electoral Events. The Contractor must transport paper in Canada Post monotainers to the shredding site and return them to the Elections Canada Distribution Centre. The contract period is from the Effective Date until March 31, 2026, with options for five additional one-year extensions. Bidders must submit proposals electronically using Canada Post's Connect service and direct all communications to the Contracting Authority.
