The tender seeks coaching services for the Defence Team Coaching Program (DTCP) to enhance leadership, respect, and honor within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). The program targets senior leaders nominated by succession managers at the ranks of Lieutenant Colonel and above, and Chief Warrant Officer and above. Psychometric tools are utilized to support leadership development based on self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication, aiming to improve individual and team performance in alignment with the Strong, Secure, Engaged defence policy.
