The purpose of this tender is to issue an Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) to inform potential suppliers that the government intends to award a contract for goods/services to OrgChart, LLC. Other suppliers can express their interest by submitting a statement of capabilities within a specified period. If no other supplier meets the requirements, the contract will be awarded to OrgChart, LLC. If qualified suppliers submit statements, a full tendering process will follow to award the contract.
