Parks Canada is seeking a contractor to replace the upper-level flat roof and rooftop HVAC unit at Bethune Memorial House Visitor Centre. Work includes removing the existing roofing system and mechanical equipment, installing a new self-adhered modified-bitumen roof with insulation and flashing, and supplying, installing, and commissioning a new rooftop unit with all electrical and connection work. This project protects a national historic site and improves building performance and reliability.
