The tender is seeking to establish a Departmental Standing Offer (DISO) with two Streams for the Vehicles and Engines Testing for Emissions Verification (VETEV) section of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). The purpose is to test vehicles for compliance with environmental standards under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA). The initial contract period is one year with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods. Bidders must comply with Integrity Provisions, Service Requirements, Trade Agreements, Social Procurement, and the Federal Contractors Program.
