The tender requires a rotary wing aircraft (helicopter) with specific equipment to transport hydrometric technologists and their gear to remote water survey sites in British Columbia. The aircraft must have GPS, ELT, satellite tracking, phone, and first aid kit. The contractor's base must have a heated indoor washroom. The aircraft should accommodate up to 830kg, including passengers, and be equipped to handle large, irregularly shaped containers and dangerous goods. Pilots must be prepared for 1-3 hour site visits in varying weather conditions.
