Correctional Service of Canada is seeking a contractor to provide secure urinalysis sample collection services for federally released male and female offenders in Timmins and surrounding rural areas. Work includes same-gender collection, chain-of-custody handling, sample packaging/shipping, documentation, emergency and after-hours response, and occasional court/meeting attendance. This is a security-sensitive service supporting offender monitoring and compliance, awarded to the lowest compliant Canadian bid through March 31, 2029.
