The Water Survey of Canada (WSC) requires a rotary wing aircraft for transporting personnel and equipment to remote hydrometric sites in the Northwest Territories. The aircraft must have specific equipment, including GPS and satellite communication, and be able to carry heavy and irregularly shaped cargo. The contract period is from the date of signing to March 31, 2026, with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. The contractor must operate from a base with a heated indoor washroom and comply with Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements.
