AAFC’s Lacombe Research and Development Centre needs a heavy-duty mechanic contractor to provide on-call maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for fleet and equipment on an as-needed basis. The one-year contract may be extended by another year and will use task authorizations for individual jobs. This work is important to keep agricultural research operations running reliably and minimize equipment downtime.
