Correctional Service Canada has issued an ACAN in Ontario for Elder Helper services supporting Indigenous programming for offenders in federal institutions. The contractor will assist Elders with ceremonies, counselling, cultural teachings, case-management support, and staff cultural awareness sessions, in English, under reliability security requirements. The proposed 8-month contract runs July 20, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
