National Defence seeks TBIPS support for the FAcT pilot training system rollout with SkyAlyne. The contractor will provide senior business, business process re-engineering, IT security planning/protection, and security TRA/C&A specialists to bridge DND, the FAcT team, stakeholders, and the system implementor. The work is critical to aligning business processes, managing change, and ensuring secure implementation. Only invited TBIPS supply arrangement holders in the NCR may bid.
