Parks Canada seeks qualified contractors to upgrade the Greenwich Interpretation Centre in Prince Edward Island National Park. The work includes partial replacement and integration of HVAC and fire protection/sprinkler systems, plus commissioning and related construction to improve reliability, code compliance, and building comfort/safety. This is a two-stage process: first prequalification, then a priced ITT for shortlisted bidders. Estimated value is $1M-$2.5M; completion required by March 31, 2027.
